Training in the States
We have exciting news from the workshop - on Sunday January 25, Troy (Workshop Manager) will be travelling to the USA to attend the annual Park Tools Tech Summit held in sunny Ontario, California. He will participate in hands on training workshops hosted by technical representatives from Avid, Campagnolo, Fox, Hayes, Park Tool, Rockshox, Shimano and SRAM, with each company showcasing their latest products and technologies.
It will be a fantastic opportunity for Troy to learn from some of the best technicians in the industry, as well as network with pro mechanics from around the world. And he will be taking his XC mountain bike - Southern California is regarded as the heartland of MTB and the lure of SOCAL trails and road riding in the mountains is too hard to resist! This means however that Troy will be away from the workshop for two weeks ( Jan 26 -Feb 9). During his absence Craig will take over minor repairs, and we can organise alternative arrangements for more complex work.
